At Furniture Plus we understand peace-of-mind is pretty important when it comes to purchasing new home furnishings. You want to know when making a highly considered purchase that the company you choose to buy from is going to be there for you in the long run. That's why we employ our own call center of Customer Service Specialists located right here in Wisconsin. Rest assured, if you have a problem today, tomorrow or 5 years from now we'll be there for you. And should your problem require a repair, we also have a highly skilled team of Service Technicians on staff. Most service work and repairs can even be done right in your home when it’s convenient for you. At Furniture Plus we’re committed to getting it right the first time. We just want you to know, should something go wrong, we’ll be here to help.
Furniture Plus - Merchandise Policies
Clearance Items – All merchandise sold as “Clearance” or “Floor Sample” is sold “AS IS” and not eligible for return.
Custom Order Cancellation – Cancellation of any custom order product will be assessed a service and handling fee equal to 20% of the purchase price.
Product Damage Reporting – Customer must inspect the merchandise immediately upon pickup or delivery. Any visible damage must be reported to Furniture Plus within 48 hours of the merchandise pickup or delivery.
Preauthorization – Furniture Plus must preauthorize any merchandise that may be eligible for return due to product damage. All merchandise will be thoroughly inspected at time of return.
