Warranty Information

Furniture Plus adheres to the following warranty and service policies. 

 

In-Home Customer Service Program – If indicated on your invoice (which by this reference is incorporated herein), your furniture is covered by the 3 Year In-Home Customer Service Program (the “Service Program”), which is operated and administered by W.G.&R. Extended Service, LLC (“Extended Service”), an affiliate of Furniture Plus.  Extended Service, using Furniture Plus personnel, will repair any manufacturer’s defect in material or workmanship, exclusive of normal wear and tear, free of charge, provided the item is located within our normal delivery area, for 3 years from the date of delivery. Furniture Plus will perform this service in your home or arrange for pick-up of your furniture.  Call toll free 1-877-906-1464 for service.  If Extended Service determines that a product cannot be repaired, an in-store credit will be given pending return of defective item(s).  Extended Service will not be liable for product that has been subjected to any of the following: commercial/industrial use, misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, fire or other acts of God.  In the event you cancel this service program, you will receive a refund equal to 90% of the unearned pro rata premium.  In the event we cancel this service program, you will receive a refund equal to 100% of the unearned pro rata premium.  You will receive a gift card (valid for 90 days after the expiration of the Service Program) equal to the actual price paid for the Service Program if you do not use the Service Program.  This Service Program must be purchased at time of sale.  The purchaser may, within 15 days of delivery of the warranty contract, return the warranty contract for a full refund less actual costs or charges needed to issue and service the warranty contract.  Bedding, clearance, closeout, and floor sample items are not eligible for the Service Program.  THIS WARRANTY IS SUBJECT TO LIMITED REGULATION BY THE OFFICE OF THE COMMISSIONER OF INSURANCE.

 

Standard Manufacturer’s Warranty – If you do not purchase the In-Home Customer Service Program, your furniture may be covered by a manufacturer’s limited warranty which will typically provide for repair or replacement of defective furniture, at the manufacturer’s discretion, for one year from the date of purchase.  Furniture Plus will provide the repair or replacement service for any manufacturer’s warranty.  Customer is responsible for transporting defective furniture to and from the nearest Furniture Plus location.  Furniture Plus can provide in-home service for a nominal trip fee.  Every effort will be made to ensure timely service.

 

Additional Service Options – For repairs not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty or the In-Home Customer Service Program, Furniture Plus can provide service in your home for a nominal trip fee and a labor charge at the current hourly service rate, in addition to the cost of any replacement parts.  Furniture Plus makes no warranties, expressed or implied, other than those set forth herein.  Furniture Plus hereby disclaims all other warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
