Furniture Plus employs a dedicated Wisconsin based Customer Service call center, and we’re here for the long run.  So if you have a problem today, tomorrow or 5 years from now, we’ll be there for you. And should your problem require a repair, we also have a highly skilled team of Service Technicians on staff. Most service work and repairs can even be done right in your home when it’s convenient for you. At Furniture Plus we’re committed to getting it right the first time. We just want you to know, should something go wrong, we’ll be here to help.

Furniture Plus – Merchandise Policies

Custom Order Return/Cancellation – Return or cancellation of any custom ordered product will be assessed a service and handling fee equal to 20% of the purchase price.  Delivery fees are not refundable on returns.

Product Damage Reporting – Customers must inspect the merchandise immediately upon pickup or delivery.  Any visible damage must be reported to Furniture Plus within 48 hours.  To be eligible for return, merchandise must remain in its original condition at the time of pickup or delivery.

Original Condition – Original condition includes, but is not limited to the following: no signs of wear and tear, scratches, nicks, stains, pet hair, smoke damage or missing parts.

Terms of Sale – In order to provide our customers with exceptional value, all sales are final.

Errors & Omissions – We make every effort to ensure the information on our website is accurate and up-to-date. However, please note that our website may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time, without prior notice (including after an order has been submitted). Such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to product description, pricing, photography, promotion and availability and we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed based on incorrect pricing or availability information, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Clearance items may vary by store.
