Furniture Plus adheres to the following warranty and service policies.
Standard Manufacturer’s Warranty – Your furniture may be covered by a manufacturer’s limited warranty which will typically provide for repair or replacement of defective furniture, at the manufacturer’s discretion, for one year from the date of purchase. Furniture Plus will provide the repair or replacement service for any manufacturer’s warranty. Customer is responsible for transporting defective furniture to and from the nearest Furniture Plus location. Furniture Plus can provide in-home service for a nominal trip fee. Every effort will be made to ensure timely service.
Three-Year Extended Warranty – Furniture Plus offers an In-Home Customer Service Program that is valid for three years from the date of delivery or pickup of your furniture as indicated on your furniture invoice. During this term, Furniture Plus personnel will repair any manufacturer’s defect in material or workmanship, exclusive of normal wear and tear, free of charge, provided the item is located within our standard delivery area. Additional Service Options – For repairs not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty or the In-Home Customer Service Program, Furniture Plus can provide service in your home for a nominal trip fee and a labor charge at the current hourly service rate, in addition to the cost of any replacement parts. Furniture Plus makes no warranties, expressed or implied, other than those set forth herein. Furniture Plus hereby disclaims all other warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
